David A. Gerasimow is an experienced attorney who’s devoted his professional career to patents and other intellectual property. In 2019, he founded Gerasimow Law to make sophisticated IP services more accessible to companies of all sizes. Prior to founding the firm, he worked at a leading patent litigation firm, a patent licensing firm, and the patent litigation group of a large general practice law firm.

David is a frequent guest speaker on the topic of intellectual property, including academic and industry conferences held at the University of Iowa, Boise State University, and Duke University. With an educational background in computer science and mathematics, combined with a life-long passion for technology, he routinely advises clients on complex computer hardware, software, and networking matters. He is an expert on telecommunications matters, including 4G Long-Term Evolution (LTE), 5G New Radio (NR), and the IEEE 802.11 family of standards.
